Audra Doyle has many years of experience preparing Extraordinary Ability petitions for people who have reached the top of their particular fields, including business, science, biomedicine, ballet, and bodybuilding, among many others.

An extraordinary ability petitioner must prove that he or she has a level of expertise indicating that the individual is one of that small percentage who has risen to the very top of the field of endeavor. This case option can be self-sponsored, but expect CIS to fully scrutinize the evidence presented, as described in its Kazarian Guidance Memo.
